Abstract
CAUSE Professional Paper #15 is a compilation of essays by the seven winners to date of the CAUSE ELITE Award for Examplary Leadership and Information Technology Excellence. Prepared in honor of CAUSE's 25th anniversary, the collection demonstrates the richness and diversity of leadership styles within a range of institutional cultures and situations, and offers clues as to how information technology leaders can be more effective in the executive leadership role in addition to within their own organizations.
