Abstract
Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and portals are now or about to be in place at many universities and colleges. Will there be a return on investment (ROI)? What is meant by ROI in higher education? Kvavik explores expectations and realities, and presents a set of requirements needed for universities and colleges to get a significant return on an investment estimated to be well over $5 billion.
