A Successful Help Desk Process for All IT Support

Abstract

A good IT Help Desk must deliver results that solve the customer's problem. The customer does not care what process is used, they just want efficient and effective service. This presentation will explore the Help Desk work flow processes we developed to deliver "one-stop shopping" for the customer, while meeting the specific workflow needs required by the various ITS service providers.
