This case study derives from research conducted for the ECAR research study called "Supporting E-Learning in Higher Education" published in 2003. Conducted by ECAR and IDC, the research focused on the evolving student and instructor support requirements for online distance learning courses, hybrid courses, and traditional courses that leverage technology.
