Abstract
This presentation is similar to those given at the six regional conferences of the Department of Education Title III and Title V program officers to assist in developing the IT portion of the strategic plan for the Institutional Development and Undergraduate Education Services (IDUES) office. This presentation was given at an IDUES conference of new Title III/V/MSEIP/SIP project officers on March 4, 2003.
