Abstract
About 18 months ago, ASU and the City of Tempe embarked on a plan to provide wireless coverage to the residents of the City. This presentation will chronicle the various phases of this project from inception to current status with particular emphasis on lessons learned and the value to the University, the City and the residents of Tempe.
