Abstract

EDUCAUSE annually works with members to identify the top-ten issues in higher educLIVE1212ation IT. The resulting EDUCAUSE Review article is a member favorite. This year’s list is significantly different from 2011 and reflects the changes under way in both information technology and higher education. Join EDUCAUSE Vice President Susan Grajek and four members of the research panel of IT leaders that selected the 2012 top-ten list for a lively discussion of the issues and the new process EDUCAUSE used to identify trends such as the consumerization of IT, analytics, and using IT to transform higher education.
