Abstract
The University of Kentucky has designed and implemented a new piece of software for streamlining administrative workflow such as requesting multilevel approval chains. At CUMREC96, basic elements of the package called Stream-On-Line were described. This paper discusses the year-long experience with the application, the many challenges faced, and how Stream-On-Line will affect future directions.
