Abstract
The World Wide Web supports the teaching, research, and outreach missions of Colorado State University as an interactive medium for communication, scholarship, and online services.The guidelines acknowledge the importance of the Web for open communication and scholarly activity, while also recognizing that users have the responsibility to make use of these resources in an efficient, ethical, and legal manner.
