SummaryYour host, Steve Worona, will be joined by Andrew Clark, and the topic will be "IT Governance: Establishing Who Decides." Decision making about IT can be confusing, especially in complex institutions such as universities that typically use shared governance approaches. Designing a simple and clear approach to IT governance increases effectiveness. This presentation will provide an overview of IT governance, including its importance and challenges, and will discuss how you can develop and use your own model. Related EDUCAUSE Resources
