Aaron Mansfield

Biography

Aaron Mansfield is a certified ITIL v3 Expert with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. He specializes in IT support, process improvement, and holds a degree in Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University. He is currently the Director of IT Service Management at the University of Colorado System where he oversees process improvement efforts in addition to leading the quality assurance, business applications, and service desk teams.
