Biography
Alex Pearson was born in 1950 in Casper Wyoming, graduated from the University of Wyoming with a BS in Math/Statistics in 1972. Graduated from the University of Colorado with a BS in Computer Science in 1982.
From 1974 to 1982 I Worked for the National Assessment of Educational Progress as a Statistical Research Assoc. Fron Sept. 1982 - Sept. 1998; I worked for the University of Colorado as a Systems Analyst and Statistical Consultant.
Sept. 1998 to the present I have served as manager of Faculty Computing Services for the University of Colorado, Information Technology Services. My duties included starting up and coordinating the Distributed Academic Technology Coordinator Program as well as providing support for Faculty computing needs including WebCT and a Faculty Computer Purchase Program.
