Allen Flerlage works as a Programmer/Analyst at the Missouri University of Science and Technology (Missouri S&T - formerly UMR) where he directly supports and maintains over 50 separate applications of various sizes, that run on multiple platforms, and serve many different campus audiences. Design and Development work on new and existing applications, change management and code review activities round out his typical day. Current projects include the configuration and local campus support of a multi-tenant BMC Remedy ITSM installation at UM. He became certified as a BMC Remedy ITSM 7.6.04 Administrator in May 2012. Allen received his B.S. in Computer Science at UMR in 1998 where he has served ever since.
