Membership Information

I am the director of the Academic Technology Support Service (ATSS) at the University of Minnesota. ATSS serves faculty and staff at the University to integrate technology into courses and classrooms through consultation, course and media production, and the exploration of emerging technologies. As service director, I am responsible for ensuring high quality service to the University through project planning, handling requests, and managing the daily operations of the service.

Before joining ATSS in April 2013, I was Director of Emerging Academic Technology in the Office the Senior Vice President and Provost. In that role, I co-managed the Digital Campus initiative, with responsibilities for online program development, online student services, quality measurement and assurance in online courses, and marketing, market research, promotion and outreach of online programs.
