Amy Roche serves as Instructional Designer in the Center for Learning & Teaching at Penn State Berks and has worked in higher education for over 10 years. Her work focuses on the design and development of hybrid / online courses, application of course pedagogy, and the creation and integration of open educational resources. Other primary responsibilities include assisting faculty to integrate the use of instructional technology tools to enhance the overall quality of the teaching and learning process.

Amy Roche has been an active Quality Matters Peer Reviewer since 2008. She also has been an adjunct professor since 2008 teaching for-credit academic courses in both the face-to-face and online environments.

Amy Roche received a Master of Science in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University in Bloomsburg, PA and her professional interests include instructional design models, pedagogical research, and quality assurance in online education.
