Biography

Dr. Cambre is Southern Methodist University's Director of the Web Application Services Team in the Office of Information Technology. He has been a web technologies specialist for all his career. He has also served in systems administrator roles, enabling deep full stack knowledge. Under his tenure, SMU implemented and migrated to its first web content management system, created an isolated, full-stack hosting environment for the George W. Bush Presidential Library, started a WordPress multisite for blogs and magazines, stood up a design service shop, and innovated on several fronts. Aren also teaches data science courses at SMU.
