Biography

Ariana Lewis is Loyola University Chicago's HR Specialist. In this role, Ariana supports ongoing efforts to develop the University's diversity programs and supports all efforts within HR regarding process improvement, operational excellence and productivity by supporting and updating training and development programming.

Due to having a passion for higher education access and mentoring, she is involved in Loyola University Chicago's staff mentoring program; allowing for the opportunity to work with newly hired employees in a professional and personal development capacity.

Ariana's background includes 13+ years in IT, completing numerous technology and customer service certificate programs and holding degrees from DePaul University (Sociology) and Loyola University Chicago (M.Ed./MSHR).
