Biography
14 years at Yale University including initially as an Internal Consultant and then as part of the Finance, Procurement and Human Resources Modernization Project. Currently Administrative Systems Manager of Change Management ensuring system reliability, client satisfaction and cost control for Administrative Systems in a matrix management environment. Work closely with vendors on new purchases, annual maintenance and problem resolution; and with development managers and clients on budgets and metrics. 30 years in total of project management and general management experience including COO and CFO of several small businesses.
