Biography

Brenda B. Gombosky, Director, Information Technology, University of Louisville. Primarily responsible for Enterprise Network Security. The University of Louisville has a high-speed campus ethernet data network that interconnects over 120 buildings on three campuses. The main campus backbone network runs at 40Gbps over the University's city-wide fiber optic network. Departments can order ethernet network connections for computers and servers at data rates of 10/100/1000Mbps. Brenda has over thirty years experience in many aspects of Information Technology.

Brenda has a BS Degree in Occupational Training and Development from the University of Louisville. Certifications include, CISSP, CGEIT, CISM, CRISC and CHSP.
