Biography
Bret Ingerman is the Vice President of Information Technology at Tallahassee Community College.
Prior to this, he was the Vice President for Computing and Information Services at Vassar College. He served as the chief technology officer and as a member of Vassar'ÃÂs senior administrative team. Ingerman was responsible for setting the vision and strategic direction for technology at the College and working with other members of the senior staff to help them utilize technology to achieve their goals. Prior to Vassar, he held positions at Skidmore College, Lewis & Clark College and Syracuse University. Active nationally in the field of educational technology, Ingerman has given numerous presentations, is a published author, and served as Chair of the EDUCAUSE Current Issues Committee. He has also served as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Consortium of Liberal Arts Colleges (CLAC) and has served on the Board of Directors of NERCOMP. Ingerman holds a B.S. in Psychology and an M.S. in Psychology from Syracuse University.
