Brett Oxberry

Biography

Brett Oxberry creates computer-based learning tools and courseware for students at Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, where he has also served as a Faculty Informatics Fellow for the Basic Science Departments and Chair of the Medical School Computer and Information Technology Subcommittee. His recent projects include the “Gross Anatomy Laboratory Assistant” and “Neuroanatomy Laboratory Assistant” CD-ROMs which contain interactive images and video clips designed to help medical and dental students learn basic radiographic anatomy, cross sectional anatomy, neuroanatomy and components of the neurological exam. Brett earned a Ph.D. in Anatomy at the University of Arizona and was a National Library of Medicine Fellow in Medical Informatics at the Marine Biological Laboratory in Woods Hole, Massachusetts.
