Brian Allen is the Network Security Analyst at Washington University in St. Louis. He received his BS in Math at St. Louis University, and did graduate work in Math at Purdue University before becoming a Unix/Security Administrator at the University of Maryland University College (UMUC). He moved to the University of Missouri-St. Louis (UMSL) to be their Security Administrator and built their first computer security team. At Washington University Brian handles all aspects of network security. He has the CISSP certification, achieved the GIAC certified Forensic Analyst, and is active in Infragard and REN-ISAC.
