Brian Basgen
Biography
Brian Basgen started his career as an IT work-study student and developed a technical background in Unix systems administration, networking, information security and project management. As an IT leader, Brian follows a servant leadership model that focuses on team building, culture development, strategic planning, and alignment of IT to ensure institutional success. Brian currently serves as CIO at Emerson College, leading a staff of 80 in the IT department, the Media Technologies and Productions department, and the radio station WERS.
