In April 2006, I joined Duquesne University’s Computing & Technology Services team as the Manager of Systems & Security. Our team is responsible for the ongoing administration and security of our campus server hardware and software, which includes both Windows and Solaris systems hosting University-wide and departmental applications. Additionally, we have designed and implemented a scalable infrastructure to host our expanding virtualization platform. Our team is also an integral participant in large-scale IT projects throughout each project lifecycle.
Prior to Duquesne University, I was the IT Manager for a software development company in the telecommunications industry. I was responsible for overseeing all of the company’s voice and data services. In addition, I’ve held prior IT roles while working in the financial services, energy and legal services industries.
I have a BSBA and an MBA degree from Duquesne University, both with an Information Technology concentration.
