Biography
Charlie Moran is the Sr. Partner and CEO for Moran Technology Consulting, leading its efforts in the Education and Not-For-Profit industries. He has worked with clients in a wide range of industries, including K-12 and Higher Education, Public Sector, not-for-profit and healthcare. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, change management, processing re-design, information technology planning, project management, data center management, ERP systems and custom applications development. He has led engagements at a variety of U.S. and international clients in working through the issues associated with improving the alignment of strategic goals and outcomes with transformed business processes, information technology investments and organizations.
Mr. Moran has more than 36 years of experience in the information systems industry in both consulting and business management positions. This background has given him a broad range of experiences in the management of professional and administrative staffs and given him the awareness of the Information Technology challenges confronting executives. He has been highly successful at identifying pragmatic, consensus-driven solution plans.
