Chris Button
Biography
Christopher Button leads the Construction Projects Department at Hobart & William Smith Colleges located in Geneva, NY. Chris's charge is to develop and deliver quality projects on time and within budget, and to continually seek creative solutions to the challenges before him and his team. Much of his work has gone to forward the Colleges’ academic mission and technology initiatives. Recent accomplishments at Hobart & William Smith include planning and building a new data center, and now planning for a new Performing Arts Center and an expansion to the current Campus Center. Before arriving at Hobart & William Smith Colleges, Chris worked as Construction Manager. He received his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Construction Management from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry at Syracuse and remains active and interested in his field and in technology issues.EDUCAUSE Presentations
