Biography
Chris Byrd is the Director of Budgets and Human Resources within the Division of Information Technology at the University of South Carolina. He is responsible for oversight of the financial, business and human resource operations and services. Mr. Byrd has been with the University of South Carolina since 2007. Prior to USC, he worked for the South Carolina Budget and Control Board and has more than 24 years of experience in customer service, financial management and human resource responsibilities.
