Biography

Christopher (Cory) Falldine became Director of User Support Services at Emporia State University in June of 2011. In this role, he oversees the operations of the User Support Services division, which includes both Client Services and the central IT Helpdesk, of Technology & Computing Services (TCS). As director of User Support Services, Cory maintains a variety of different responsibilities including strategic planning, budgeting, and communication for the TCS department at Emporia State University.

Cory holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business (Computer Information Systems). Cory also holds certifications in Information Technology Project Management Methodology through the State of Kansas, Software Asset Management, and ITIL Foundations.
