Biography

Chris has over 30 years of experience in higher education information technology and facilities, including executive management, strategy, information systems, data warehousing, application development, systems administration & support, ERP implementations and project management. He currently is the Associate Vice President for Business Operations & Chief Information Officer (CIO) at San Diego State University, overseeing information technology, facilities services and business enterprises.  He has spent the majority of his career at California State University, Northridge, which began in 1982, but has also led a successful ERP implementation at Pepperdine University and practiced law. Chris holds a J.D. from Southwestern University, School of Law and is a member of the State Bar of California.
