Biography

Colleen Wheeler is a member of the Web Strategy at Wheaton College (MA) where her work has included technology education, outreach, and organizational development for the college's library and information services.

Colleen served as an officer on the Board of Trustees of NERCOMP (Northeast Regional Computing Program), and chaired Board committees overseeing professional development programming and membership education. She co-founded the organization's popular Management Series (Parts I and II).

Colleen is one of the founding deans of the Learning Organization Academy with colleagues Gina Siesing (Tufts University) and David Wedaman (Brandeis University). She co-founded the Susan Vogt Leadership Fellows Program (The Boston Consortium for Higher Education) and serves on its Advisory Board.

Colleen has explored technology in her teaching and learning for more than 25 years as a musician and educator. She is a Frye Institute fellow (class of 2004) and a Klingenstein Summer Fellow.
