Cynthia Cromwell has been Manager IT Strategic Planning since 2004 at Montgomery College in Montgomery County Maryland. Prior to her current assignment she has worked in a variety of IT management and technical positions including: IT Manager of Web Applications which managed the College’s Internet, intranet and WebCT platform; IT Training and Web Development Manager which included managing the IT training provided to the College community and the College’s web sites, IT Campus Manager which included being the liaison with the Germantown campus for IT initiatives, HP Systems Manager, Database Analyst and Programmer/Analyst. She has a masters degree in Electronic Commerce from UMUC. She has also been a distance learning adjunct faculty for the Computer Science department at Takoma Park using the WebCT platform.
