Biography
Cindy Riche is Deputy CIO, Client Support and Educational Technology Services at the University of Puget Sound. She oversees campus service desk operations, desktop support services, print and copy services, educational technology (including Moodle & Mahara),computing training for staff and faculty, and the campus intranet (on a Sharepoint platform).
Prior to working at the University of Puget Sound, Cindy held a number of computing related positions at the University of Washington in Seattle, from 1984 through 2008. There she was responsible for all aspects of computing support and infrastructure in the School of Social Work, including servers, labs, desktop support, educational technology and online course support, and the School's website.
Cindy has a Masters in Social Work and a PhD from the University of Washington, and a Masters in Acupuncture from the Northwest Institute of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine.
