Twenty-nine years of dedicated service to Louisiana State University, including 21 years as a senior IT leader. Responsible for deploying a broad range of information technology projects that address issues of strategic concern.

Proven ability to contribute to LSU's national presence with three best paper awards and three best practice recognitions including the prestigious EDUCAUSE award for Exemplary Practices in Information Technology Solutions. Demonstrated ability to collaborate at local and national levels including chairing two national events for CIOs and senior IT leaders.

Proven expertise in directing a broad range of initiatives including academic and financial management information systems, messaging infrastructures, web-based communications tools, customer service activities and e-learning solutions. Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale, mission-critical technology projects and innovative, award-winning applications in an "economy of scarcity."

Strong personal background in infrastructure development, specializing in database administration and technical infrastructure development.

Earned a Ph.D. in Kinesiology, an M.S. in Systems Science, and a B.S. in Biochemistry from LSU.
