Dean College is a unique private, residential college offering associate and baccalaureate degree programs to an enrollment of approximately 1,000 full time students and 500 part time students.

 

Report to the President of Dean College. Developed the Information Technology Strategic Plan and reviewed quarterly the Information Technology Strategic direction with the President and Senior Leaders of Dean College Manage all Information Technology vendor contracts Responsible for a twelve member team that supports all of the Information Technology and audio visual systems for Dean College, including support for students when they are on campus Implemented change management process and monthly scheduled maintenance windows. This reduced unplanned system outages, increased customer focus and improved service delivery Implemented user group meetings to open two way communication between the Information Technology Department and the user community Implemented project management standards based on PMI Implemented a new wireless network partnering with Aruba Networks.
