Dr. Frank McCluskey
Biography
"Dr Frank" McCluskey (as he likes to be known) has been doing online learning since 1990. He began and developed the online program from scratch at Mercy College in New York and eventually it offered 12 full degrees online with full online student and faculty services. He is currently Provost at American Public University System in Charles Town, West Virginia, a fully online university with 14,000 students all over the worldMemberships
