Biography
Fred Darkow is the Lead Trainer and Training Developer for the Information Technlology Assistance Center Help Desk at Kansas State University where he tracks changes in university IT and translates them to effective documentation and tutorials for support and use. Recent projects include coordination of tutorial creation for the Axio Learning Management System and IT Help Desk; serving on the Evaluation Process Committee; and speaking at the Axio conference at Kansas State University. Fred completed his Master's in Speech and Theater at Kansas State University as well as a Bachelor's in Management Information Systems.
