Biography

Jim Dougherty is the Director of Computing Services at Pennsylvania College of Technology. He has worked extensively in IT service management, instructional design, curriculum design, and corporate media development. He specializes in designing and implementing efficient and cost-effective enterprise technology solutions. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Media from Temple University and a Master's degree in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University.
