Jeff Frey
Biography
Jeffrey D. Frey (Jeff) is the Web Services Manager for Enterprise Applications in the Information Technology Department at Rice University. Jeff has more than fifteen years experience managing Web based businesses and developing leading edge technology solutions and applications. His global International organizational responsibilities, together with technology work experience, include: business analysis, application solution assessment, enterprise architecture design, software development, project management, vendor and customer relationship management, managerial, and leadership duties. Jeff holds an MS in Computer Science from Kent State University and an MBA from Rice University, keeps current with the latest internet tools, and has additional experience in establishing small technology businesses, serves on the board of several non-profit organizations, and participates as a speaker/instructor about "business and technology topics" at Rice University and other universities, companies, conferences, and non-profit organizations.EDUCAUSE Presentations
