Biography

Jenifer Bond is the Assistant Director of the Douglas & Judith Krupp Library at Bryant University. She works closely with the Reference and Access Services departments to ensure that high touch service is consistently delivered in all public service library operations. Over the past decade, she worked in a variety of library and corporate environments, all requiring a high level of customer service and research expertise. She is the current Secretary of the Rhode Island Library Association. She received an undergraduate degree in Communications at Emerson College and a Master of Library Science at Simmons College.
