Biography
Jeremy Donald is the Assessment & User Experience Librarian at Trinity University, where he formerly held the positions of Technology Interface and Assessment Coordinator, Faculty Technology Liaison, and Reference/Instruction Librarian. Jeremy's work focuses on three areas: assessing library programs, services, and spaces; optimizing the library's web presence for users, and supporting GIS and spatial thinking across the curriculum. Recent projects include updating the library's assessment plan, coordinating a series of ethnographic studies of library users, launching a library marketing campaign, designing and implementing a online summer research assignment for incoming first-year students, redesigning the library website (summer 2013), and teaching a First-Year Seminar ("'Rebooting' Emerson's The American Scholar", Spring 2012 and Fall 2013). Jeremy completed his Master of Science in Library Science at the Catholic University of America's School of Information and Library Science in 2004.EDUCAUSE Publications
