Biography
I've worked in the field of disabilities for 10 years, ranging in ADA, assistive technology, Section 504 and Section 508. I work with a broad range of assistive technology. I specifically work with web accessibility, also including video and document accessibility. We work with students, faculty and staff with disabilities. We also train and raise awareness in the general public about transition and the AT that we use on campus. In addition to my full time job at Mason I am currently teaching Web Accessibility and Design. The course focuses on "How and Why" in the world of accessibility and the web, Section 508, web, document and video accessibility, and accessibility testing of websites.
