Biography

Karen Yoshino is Director of Institutional Assessment Services at Blackboard, Inc. Before joining Blackboard, Dr. Yoshino served as Executive Director Higher Education Assessments at College Board. Dr. Yoshino's experience includes 18 years as a college business officer at Harvey Mudd College and 4 years as a campus assessment officer at Harvey Mudd College and Occidental College . She has served on accreditation teams for over 10 years in the Western Association of Schools and Colleges - including servide as Assistant Team Chair and Team writer. Dr. Yoshino is a visiting scholar at New York University.
