Biography
Dr. Linda Croll Howell is the Director, Strategic Planning & Organizational Effectiveness for Cornell Information Technologies at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. Prior to joining Cornell, she worked in New York City in global leadership roles for companies including Viacom, Chase Manhattan Bank, Grey Global Group and Young & Rubicam Inc. Her expertise includes employee engagement, organizational change and organizational development. She holds a Ph.D. in Applied Research & Evaluation in Psychology from Hofstra University. She is an active member of Cornell's sustainability community - leading the "greening of IT" initiative for campus. She has personally been involved in a reforestation project in the Nicoya Peninsula of Costa Rica for the past three years.
