Biography
Michael Gonzales is a Programmer/Analyst at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, where he manages and supports the LANDesk and HEAT systems to provide asset management and help desk support for the university. Recent projects that Michael has worked on included a unified reporting database between, personnel, HEAT, and LANDesk. He has also worked on several automation tools to facilitate users experience and backup options with Tivoli. Michael completed his Bachelors in Economics from Baylor University and is currently working on his Master of Science in Information Systems.
