Biography
Mike Pupius is Director of the Centre for Integral Excellence at Sheffield Hallam University (www.shu.ac.uk/integralexcelence). The Centre provides consultancy suport tio institutions in higher and further education drawing from the knowledge base of the EFQM Excellence Model. It links this to cultural transformation using a values assessment methodology.
Mike chairs the European Foundation for Q uality Management Education Community of Practice and is a member of the National Consortium for Continuous Improvement. He is a meber of the European Organisation for Quality Education and Training GroupHe regularlyt represents his university and centre at UK National and European conferences
