Biography
Monica Foster is the Director of Finance for the Nova Scotia Community College. This is a pan-provincal system with 12 campuses, 8800 full-time and 20,000 part-time students. She is responsible for the budgeting process, accounting, finanical reporting, purchasing, and ancillary operions in the College.Memberships
