Biography
Renee Shuey is a Senior Systems Engineer in Information Technology Services (ITS) - The Pennsylvania State University. Renee has worked in ITS 19 years and is currently leading the University's Identity and Access Management effort. Her interest in digital identity and identity management began more than a decade ago with involvement in the Committee for Institutional Cooperation (CIC) Research Projects Group. She assisted in the early adoption of the Internet2 Shibboleth middleware software at Penn State. Renee currently serves as a co-chair of the InCommon Federation Technical Advisory Committee and is co-chair of the Net@EDU Identity Management Steering Committee and Working Group.
