Biography
Patrick Lepore brings a wealth of experience from both higher education and as a civilian employee for the Department of Defense. Most recently, he has served as the Vice-President of Operations and CIO at the University of the Sciences, where information technology, facilities, dining service, bookstore, and all business services reported to him. In his previous position there as CIO, he was responsible for the initial networking of a campus, initiating email and web service, and creating a functioning IT department from a two-person office running DatatelÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂs administrative system. Prior to his positions at University of the Sciences, he was responsible for implementing all five Banner modules from a legacy system at the University of Scranton where he served as Director of Administrative Computing.
While Pat's technical qualifications are high, his ability to form working relationships across campus is even more admirable. Technical problems can always be solved, often easily; personnel problems and creating a functional organization constitute a much harder problem. Here Pat shines.
Since his retirement in November 2010, Pat is now sole proprietor of a firm providing executive and leadership coaching and support to colleges and universities and small businesses that support higher education institutions. He is currently contracted with Ferrilli Information Group (FIG) a well respected firm servicing the information technology systems for colleges and universities across the United States. The firm has approximately 70 clients and has offices on both coasts of the U.S. Pat provides leadership and executive coaching for the firm and at times, for its clients. He also acts as the firms CIO, providing technical advice and direction to the firmÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂs senior management.
