Pete Schenck

Biography

Peter has worked in IT for the University of Rochester for since 1999. He is currently the Classroom Support Coordinator, with a primary focus on creating and upgrading teaching and learning environments across campus. Past experience includes managing student employees, supporting the medical school library with PC and Macintosh computers, server administration and the pay-for-print management implementation at the medical school. Peter earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies from the University of Rochester in 1997, and is currently working towards his Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from the Warner School of Education at the University of Rochester, with anticipated graduation in 2015. Outside of the University, Peter has been a volunteer firefighter since 1992, and is completing a two year term as the Assistant Fire Chief.
