Raechelle Clemmons is Vice President and Chief Information Officer at St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin. She joined St. Norbert in July 2012, after serving as Chief Information Officer for Menlo College in Atherton, California. Prior to Menlo, Raechelle was the Director of IT Relationship Management and Project Services at California State University, East Bay.

As CIO at St. Norbert, Raechelle is responsible for building, sustaining and leading college-wide information technology programs, as well as for the implementation of mission-critical enhancements and initiatives in the I.T. area. A particular area of focus for Raechelle is enhancing the role technology plays in support of teaching and learning on a liberal arts campus.

Raechelle has 20 years of managerial experience leading people and projects in organizations of all sizes, including nine years in higher education. Her career path has included leadership positions in I.T. and marketing, sales and communications. She is a 2009 Frye Leadership Institute Fellow, holds a bachelor's degree in political science, with an option in public affairs and administration, from Cal State East Bay, and is ITIL v.3 Foundations certified.

Raechelle is an enthusiastic writer and speaker on a wide variety of topics related to technology in higher education. She was named as one of "20 Rising Star CIOs on Twitter" by Huffington Post, and her blog was included in EdTech Magazine's "The 2013 Dean's List: 50 Must-Read Higher Education Technology Blogs."
